RosettaMan - Filter for Manpages

RosettaMan is a filter for UNIX manual pages needed by TkMan. It takes, as input, man pages formatted for a variety of UNIX flavors (not [tn]roff source) and produces, as output, a variety of file formats. Http-rman is also included. It provides access to the man pages via a normal web browser.
