Scikits sparse matrix package
Sparse matrix tools. This is a sparse matrix code in Python that plays well with scipy.sparse, but that is somehow unsuitable for inclusion in scipy proper. There is a wrapper for the CHOLMOD library for sparse Cholesky decomposition.
