Conversion between Unicode and DUDE

This module provides functions to convert between DUDE (Differential Unicode Domain Encoding) and Unicode encodings. DUDE provides a simple and efficient ASCII-Compatible Encoding (ACE) of Unicode strings for use with Internationalized Domain Names.
