Yet Another Part-of-Speech and Morphological Analyzer

MeCab is a high-performance morphological analysis engine for Japanese text. It segments sentences into tokens and assigns parts of speech, readings and other linguistic annotations. Originally developed at the University of Kyoto, it uses conditional random fields for statistical analysis and supports custom dictionaries.
