Ogg Bitstream Library

Libogg is a library for manipulating Ogg bitstreams. It handles both making Ogg bitstreams and getting packets from Ogg bitstreams. Ogg is the native bitstream format of libvorbis (Ogg Vorbis audio codec) and libtheora (Theora video codec).
