Netfilter target which sends traffic statistics via NetFlow

Provides netfilter target called NETFLOW. All traffic going through such targets are analyzed and flow statistics are sent over UDP to a NetFlow collector. Because of running as a kernel module, ipt-netflow is extremely fast.
