CLI for declaratively setting up local Kubernetes clusters
ctlptl (pronounced "cattle patrol") is a CLI for declaratively setting up local Kubernetes clusters. Inspired by kubectl and ClusterAPI's clusterctl, you declare your local cluster with YAML and use ctlptl to set it up.
