An extensible input method launcher

chameleon-tongue is a framework for launching input methods. It provides mechanisms selecting a input method accoding to the current locale, setting up environment variables for the selected one, and starting the input method in an aprropriate way for the current desktop environment. It also allows users to customize input methods in both user level and system wide.
