staging area for new Base snapshot from Tumbleweed

Before a version bump, I collect i586 and bootstrap binaries here. These are missing in released Tumbleweed snapshots, but are needed for building packages. Additional error protection for CD/DVD media

dvdisaster provides a margin of safety against data loss on CD and DVD media caused by scratches or aging. It creates error correction data, which is used to recover unreadable sectors if the disc becomes damaged at a later time.
