It extends standard HTML with a few new HTML-esque tags - '<TMPL_VAR>' '<TMPL_LOOP>', '<TMPL_INCLUDE>', '<TMPL_IF>', '<TMPL_ELSE>' and '<TMPL_UNLESS>'.
