Cloud:OpenStack:Queens:Staging OpenStack Queens (Staging branch) Staging projects are for automated package builds of their respective stable release (i.e OpenStack Queens). New packages come from either: - The trackupstream Jenkins Job, following the upstream commits in the stable branches - Packagers, doing security / bug fixes Each package submission triggers a testsuite run. Once that passed, the package submission should be safe to go to the stable branch. This means that direct package submissions to stable projects are a taboo (i.e. no submissions to Cloud:OpenStack:Queens)! https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Cloud:/OpenStack:/Queens:/Staging/SLE_12_SP3/ Cloud:OpenStack:Queens OpenStack Queens (Stable branch) If you add this repository to your openSUSE installation, make sure it has a higher repository priority in zypper. Otherwise you will end up using the wrong dependencies depending on your openSUSE release. Objects are written to multiple hardware devices in the data center, with the OpenStack software responsible for ensuring data replication and integrity across the cluster. Storage clusters can scale horizontally by adding new nodes, which are automatically configured. Should a node fail, OpenStack works to replicate its content from other active nodes. Because OpenStack uses software logic to ensure data replication and distribution across different devices, inexpensive commodity hard drives and servers can be used in lieu of more expensive equipment.
