griddb-c-client from home:knonomura project

For CentOS 7 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:knonomura/CentOS_7/home:knonomura.repo
yum install griddb-c-client

For xUbuntu 18.04 run the following:
