xen from home:olh:xen-4.4 project

Per SLE 12 eseguire quanto segue come root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:olh:xen-4.4/SLE_12/home:olh:xen-4.4.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install xen
