For SLE 15 run the following as root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:olh:xen-4.11/SLE_15/home:olh:xen-4.11.repo zypper refresh zypper install xen
For SLE 12 run the following as root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:olh:xen-4.11/SLE_12/home:olh:xen-4.11.repo zypper refresh zypper install xen
