veracrypt from home:libcore project

For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:libcore/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:libcore.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install veracrypt
