For openSUSE Leap 15.1 ARM run the following as root:

zypper refresh
zypper install smp_utils

For openSUSE Leap 15.0 Ports run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:garloff:storage/openSUSE_Leap_15.0_Ports/home:garloff:storage.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install smp_utils

For RHEL 7 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:garloff:storage/RHEL_7/home:garloff:storage.repo
yum install smp_utils

For SLE 15 SP1 run the following as root:
