yum install salt-syndic

For openSUSE Leap 15.2 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/systemsmanagement:saltstack:products:3000/openSUSE_Leap_15.2/systemsmanagement:saltstack:products:3000.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install salt-syndic

For RHEL 7 run the following as root:
