zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:s_liehmann/15.7/home:s_liehmann.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install rear

Для 15.6 запустите от имени root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:s_liehmann/15.6/home:s_liehmann.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install rear

Для 15.5 запустите от имени root:

zypper refresh
