For 15.5 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:dchang_hpe/15.5/home:dchang_hpe.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install qatlib

For 15.4 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:dchang_hpe/15.4/home:dchang_hpe.repo
zypper refresh

For 15.6-devel run the following as root:
