Para 16.0 corra o seguinte como root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:tools/16.0/Kernel:tools.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install python-cryptography

Para SLE 15 SP7 corra o seguinte como root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:tools/SLE_15_SP7/Kernel:tools.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install python-cryptography

Para SLE 15 SP6 corra o seguinte como root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:tools/SLE_15_SP6/Kernel:tools.repo
