protobuf from home:alvistack project

Per a CentOS 8 Stream executeu el següent com a root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:alvistack/CentOS_8_Stream/home:alvistack.repo
yum install protobuf

Per a CentOS 7 executeu el següent com a root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:alvistack/CentOS_7/home:alvistack.repo
yum install protobuf

Per a openSUSE Leap 15.6 executeu el següent com a root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:alvistack/openSUSE_Leap_15.6/home:alvistack.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install protobuf
