postgresql10 from home:rmax project

Per openSUSE Tumbleweed eseguire quanto segue come root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:rmax/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:rmax.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install postgresql10
