pdfpc from isv:perlur:pepel project

For SLE 15 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/isv:perlur:pepel/SLE_15/isv:perlur:pepel.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install pdfpc
