For 15.6 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:rjfd.di:ppg/15.6/home:rjfd.di:ppg.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install obs-service-tar_scm

For RockyLinux 9 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:rjfd.di:ppg/RockyLinux_9/home:rjfd.di:ppg.repo
yum install obs-service-tar_scm

For RockyLinux 8 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:rjfd.di:ppg/RockyLinux_8/home:rjfd.di:ppg.repo
