obs-service-tar_scm from home:portalofreedom project

For Arch Linux, edit /etc/pacman.conf and add the following (note that the order of repositories in pacman.conf is important, since pacman always downloads the first found package):

Then run the following as root

pacman-key --init

pacman-key --lsign-key "${fingerprint}"

pacman -Sy home_portalofreedom_Arch/obs-service-tar_scm

For Fedora 41 run the following as root:

dnf config-manager addrepo --from-repofile=https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:portalofreedom/Fedora_41/home:portalofreedom.repo
dnf install obs-service-tar_scm

For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:portalofreedom/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:portalofreedom.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install obs-service-tar_scm

For 15.6 run the following as root:
