yum install obs-build

For Fedora Rawhide run the following as root:

dnf config-manager --add-repo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:matthewdva:branches:openSUSE:Tools/Fedora_Rawhide/home:matthewdva:branches:openSUSE:Tools.repo
dnf install obs-build

For RHEL 8 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
