multimon from hamradio project

For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/hamradio/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/hamradio.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install multimon

For 15.6 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/hamradio/15.6/hamradio.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install multimon
