libvirt-daemon from home:olh:xen-4.4 project

For SLE 15 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:olh:xen-4.4/SLE_15/home:olh:xen-4.4.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libvirt-daemon
