libvirt from home:olh:xen-4.19 project

Para SLE 15 execute o seguinte como root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:olh:xen-4.19/SLE_15/home:olh:xen-4.19.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libvirt
