需要 CentOS 8 ，用 root 執行：

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/

yum install libsodium

需要 CentOS-9 Stream ，用 root 執行：

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/

需要 CentOS-8 Stream ，用 root 執行：
