For 16.0 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security:privacy/16.0/security:privacy.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libgcrypt

For 15.6 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security:privacy/15.6/security:privacy.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libgcrypt

For SLE 15 SP6 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security:privacy/SLE_15_SP6/security:privacy.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libgcrypt
