libfprint from home:shoop project

For Fedora 38 run the following as root:

dnf config-manager --add-repo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:shoop/Fedora_38/home:shoop.repo
dnf install libfprint

For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:shoop/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:shoop.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libfprint
