For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:XOrg/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/X11:XOrg.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libdrm-tools

For openSUSE Factory run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:XOrg/openSUSE_Factory/X11:XOrg.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libdrm-tools

For openSUSE 13.1 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:XOrg/openSUSE_13.1/X11:XOrg.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libdrm-tools

For openSUSE Leap 15.6 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:XOrg/openSUSE_Leap_15.6/X11:XOrg.repo
