libcdr from home:fsirl:inkscape project

Para 15.7 corra o seguinte como root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:fsirl:inkscape/15.7/home:fsirl:inkscape.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libcdr
