For openSUSE Factory ARM run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:tools:compiler/openSUSE_Factory_ARM/devel:tools:compiler.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libc++1

For openSUSE Factory run the following as root:
