cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:matthewdva:backports:dogtag/CentOS_8_Stream/home:matthewdva:backports:dogtag.repo
yum install libarchive

For RockyLinux 8 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:matthewdva:backports:dogtag/RockyLinux_8/home:matthewdva:backports:dogtag.repo
yum install libarchive

For AlmaLinux 8 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:matthewdva:backports:dogtag/AlmaLinux_8/home:matthewdva:backports:dogtag.repo
yum install libarchive
