kexec-tools from home:olh:xen-4.3 project

Per SLE 12 eseguire quanto segue come root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:olh:xen-4.3/SLE_12/home:olh:xen-4.3.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install kexec-tools
