For standard run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:rfrohl/standard/home:rfrohl.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install kernel-longterm

For ARM run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:rfrohl/ARM/home:rfrohl.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install kernel-longterm
