For Fedora 40 run the following as root:

dnf config-manager --add-repo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:holyspectral/Fedora_40/home:holyspectral.repo
dnf install kelbt

For Fedora 38 run the following as root:

dnf config-manager --add-repo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:holyspectral/Fedora_38/home:holyspectral.repo
dnf install kelbt

For 15.6 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:holyspectral/15.6/home:holyspectral.repo
zypper refresh
