For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:snwint:ports/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:snwint:ports.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install grub2

For SLE 15 SP7 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:snwint:ports/SLE_15_SP7/home:snwint:ports.repo
zypper refresh
