gcc48 from devel:gcc project

For openSUSE Factory PPC run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:gcc/openSUSE_Factory_PPC/devel:gcc.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install gcc48

For openSUSE Factory ARM run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:gcc/openSUSE_Factory_ARM/devel:gcc.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install gcc48

For openSUSE Factory run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:gcc/openSUSE_Factory/devel:gcc.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install gcc48

For openSUSE Leap 15.5 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:gcc/openSUSE_Leap_15.5/devel:gcc.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install gcc48

For SLE-15 run the following as root:

zypper refresh

For SLE-12 run the following as root:
