flameshot from home:GPR project

Per a openSUSE Tumbleweed executeu el següent com a root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:GPR/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:GPR.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install flameshot
