docker-buildx from home:frispete:15.4 project

Per 15.4 eseguire quanto segue come root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:frispete:15.4/15.4/home:frispete:15.4.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install docker-buildx
