Para openSUSE Slowroll ejecute lo siguiente como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:COSMIC:Next/openSUSE_Slowroll/X11:COSMIC:Next.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install cosmic-app-library
Para openSUSE Factory ejecute lo siguiente como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:COSMIC:Next/openSUSE_Factory/X11:COSMIC:Next.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install cosmic-app-library
Para 16.0 ejecute lo siguiente como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:COSMIC:Next/16.0/X11:COSMIC:Next.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install cosmic-app-library
Para 15.6 ejecute lo siguiente como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:COSMIC:Next/15.6/X11:COSMIC:Next.repo
