For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:trenn:branches:hardware/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:trenn:branches:hardware.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install coreboot-utils
For 15.6 run the following as root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:trenn:branches:hardware/15.6/home:trenn:branches:hardware.repo
zypper refresh
