cmark from home:olh:xen-buildrequires project

For SLE 12 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:olh:xen-buildrequires/SLE_12/home:olh:xen-buildrequires.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install cmark
