autoconf from windows:mingw project

Pentru openSUSE Leap 15.6 executați ca root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/windows:mingw/openSUSE_Leap_15.6/windows:mingw.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install autoconf
