Para openSUSE Tumbleweed execute o seguinte como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:torhans/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:torhans.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install android-udev-rules
Para 15.6 execute o seguinte como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:torhans/15.6/home:torhans.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install android-udev-rules
Para 15.4 execute o seguinte como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:torhans/15.4/home:torhans.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install android-udev-rules
