For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:schaats/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:schaats.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install acpi_call

For openSUSE Leap 15.4 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:schaats/openSUSE_Leap_15.4/home:schaats.repo
zypper refresh
