For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:polslinux:graphics/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:polslinux:graphics.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install LuminanceHDR

For 15.6 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:polslinux:graphics/15.6/home:polslinux:graphics.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install LuminanceHDR
